Looking for a roommate to take the place of my current roommate, who is leaving when our lease is up in September. I am looking to buy a condo or house, so Im not sure about when I would move out. It depends on if and when I can find something. Im a smoker, but only smoke outside, and dont smoke a lot. I have a cat, a bunny, and a fish, all of whom are clean. I make sure it stays that way. Im not a neat freak, but like things in order. No McDonalds bags lying around please. I stay home some nights and go out others, but I always go to bed pretty early. Im a teacher, so I have to get up early. The living room and dining area are filled with my furniture, so all youll need is your own bedroom furniture. I also have a washer and dryer in the unit.
